Matchday 14 of Ligue 1 was attended by 15,960 spectators on average -- the lowest attendance since the start of the season -- from 20 to 22/11/2015. The average attendance of the championship is 20,540 spectators, or 1797 people less than at the end of the 2014-15 season (-8%). The Ligue 1 fill rate is currently 68% in 2015-16.

The AS Saint-Etienne - Olympique de Marseille (0-2) match drew the largest crowd of the weekend, with 34,681 spectators. Stade Rennais FC - FC Girondins de Bordeaux (2-2) was second for the matchday, with 23,289 people at Roazhon Park. These are the only two games which exceeded 20,000 spectators.

The games of Matchday 14 of Ligue 1 and Matchday 15 of Ligue 2 (20 to 23/11/2015) were the first played by the French professional clubs since the terrorist attacks which killed 130 people and injured 351 in Paris and close to the Stade de France in Saint-Denis (north of Paris) on 13/11/2015. As a security measure, away fans were prohibited from stadiums for this matchday.
