Eredivisie: CTS Eventim becomes the ticketing partner oF AFC Ajax from 01/01/2016

The German company CTS Eventim has become a partner of AFC Ajax (Eredivisie), and will provide the club's ticketing software (Eventim.tixx) and its CRM tools from 01/01/2016 until the end of the 2020-21 season, announced the Munich-based company on 01/12/2015.

"We are proud to have convinced a major European football club with our services. We will specifically address the needs of the club and Ajax fans to promote the ticketing sector in the Netherlands," said Julian Grahl, the CEO of Eventim. The company will particularly target Ajax season ticket holders, which represented 11.2% of the club's turnover in 2014-15, or €11.47m.

Ajax generated €105.41m (+1.5%) in turnover in 2014-15, with a net profit of €21.94m.
