MP & Silva: Peter Hutton named new COO

In a statement released on the 17/05/2013, international media rights group MP & Silva have announced that Peter Hutton has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer.

Hutton will be based in MP & Silva's London offices starting from July 2013. He will be responsible for the company's international business strategy and will report directly to the CEO and President, Andrea Radrizzani and Riccardo Silva respectively.

On 24/05/2013, Hutton will leave his current post as managing director of ESPN Star Sports (renamed Fox Sports Asia in November 2012), the Asian-American subsidiary of Rupert Murdoch's News Corporation.
