Altice, the Dutch holding group of telecommunications and cable operators founded by Patrick Drahi and Alain Weill, president of the NextRadioTV group, associated with the Groupe News Participations company, now hold 50.4% of the capital and 61.8% of the voting rights of NextRadioTV, the two groups announced on 04/12/2015.
