Serie A: Lazio feature a "Jubilee of Mercy" logo on their shirts for the match against Juventus

SS Lazio (Serie A TIM) wore a shirt featuring a special 'Giubileo della Misericordia' (Jubilee of Mercy) logo to celebrate the Holy Year, which began on 08/12/2015, for their match against Juventus (0-2, Matchday 15), on 04/12/2015.

"It's a choice I have made personally to honour the values that the Holy Year aims to convey to the world. Mercy, solidarity and passion are values that form the foundation of our future," said Claudio Lotito, president of Lazio. However, this initiative is nevertheless prohibited by FIGC regulations. "Basic compulsory equipment must not contain any political, religious or personal slogans, writing or images. The team of a player whose basic compulsory equipment contains slogans, writing or images of a political, religious or personal nature will be sanctioned by the organiser or by FIFA." The Roman club had already featured the logo on their kit for the previous Jubilee on 14/10/2000.
