FIFA: Michel Platini may not appear before the FIFA Ethics Committee on 18/12/2015

Will Michel Platini present his case to the adjudicatory chamber of the FIFA Ethics Committee in Zurich (SUI) on Friday, 18/12/2015? The issue is not settled, indicated the entourage of the president of UEFA to News Tank Football on 14/12/2015.

Michel Platini was suspended for 90 days by the FIFA Ethics Committee on 08/10/2015, due to a controversial payment of 2 million Swiss francs (€1.54m at the time of the payment), on 01/02/2011, for his role as an advisor to Joseph Blatter, FIFA president, performed from 1999 to 2002.

The adjudicatory chamber of the FIFA Ethics Committee announced on 10/12/2015 that they would question Joseph Blatter, FIFA president (who was also suspended for 90 days on 08/10/2015) on Thursday, 17/12/2015, then Michel Platini the next day, on 18/12/2015. The adjudicatory body's decision on the case of Michel Platini should be made public on Monday 21/12/2015.
