France: LFP reports €696.4m turnover in 2014-15, of which 85.6% (€596.7m) was redistributed to clubs

The LFP generated a turnover of €696.4m for the 2014-15 fiscal year announced the French professional football league, whose accounts are managed by its board of administrators, on 17/12/2015. The amount redistributed to the clubs amounted to €596.7m, or 85.6% of the turnover. "The rest goes towards taxes and levies (4.8%), subsidies to the social partners (3.8%), the organisation of matches (2.5%) and the operation of the league, which absorbs 2.1% of turnover.
