Premier League: €758.6m paid in commissions to players' agents in 2010-2015

The 20 clubs in the 2015-16 Barclays Premier League paid £129.86m (€175.3m at 30/09/2015) on players' agents for their transfers made between 01/10/2014 and 30/09/2015, indicated the Premier League on 30/11/2015. This represents an increase of 12.7% compared to the amount spent during the preceding twelve months, between 01/10/2013 and 30/09/2014 (£115.2m / €145.7m in time).

The disclosed amounts include payments made by clubs on behalf of players over two transfer periods (the winter and summer transfer windows in 2015). Liverpool FC are the Premier League club who paid the most in agent's fees: £14.3m (€19.3m). Conversely, Watford FC, who were promoted in 2015-16, paid the least: £1.62m (or €2.19m). They are the only of the 20 Premier League clubs to have paid less than two million pounds commission to agents.
