FC Barcelona: More than 10,000 fans attend an open training session at the Mini Estadi

An open training session hosted by FC Barcelona (Liga BBVA) attracted 10,047 people to the Mini Estadi stadium where the club's B team play their official matches, on 04/01/2016.

For years, FC Barcelona have organised open training sessions in the first week of January, after which fan's are given the opportunity to meet the club's players (for photos, autographs and ball signings etc.).

The 2016 edition of the event took was sold out. Seats were available for €5 (free for socios).

Highlights of the open training session

On the same day (04/01/2016), the club's players distributed gifts in 9 Barcelona hospitals

Leo Messi and Javier Mascherano visit hospitals for the "a dream for a present" campaign.
