France: Eurosport acquires the broadcasting rights to the TIM Cup and the Italian Super Cup

The pay-TV group Eurosport has acquired the exclusive distribution rights, in France, for the TIM Cup and the Supercoppa TIM, on 05/01/2016. The rights are valid for television (distribution on Eurosport channels by Canalsat) and digital media (via the streaming platform Eurosport Player).

The rights acquired by Eurosport concern the 2015-16, 2016-17 and 2017-18 editions of the Italian Cup, and the 2016 and 2017 editions of the Italian Super Cup.

Broadcasts will begin with three quarter-finals of the 2015-16 TIM Cup on Eurosport 1:

• AC Milan - Carpi FC 1909 (Wednesday 13/01/2016, kick-off 21:00 CET)
• SSC Napoli - FC Internazionale Milano (Tuesday 19/01/2016, kick-off 20:45 CET)
• SS Lazio - Juventus (Wednesday 20/01/2016, kick-off 20:45 CET)
