Bundesliga: Japanese company Kyocera extends contract with Borussia Monchengladbach until June 2017

The Japanese company Kyocera, which specialises in the manufacturing of electronics, has extended its partnership with Borussia Mönchengladbach (Bundesliga) until June 2017, the club announced on 05/01/2016.

Kyocera has been partnered with the German club since 2005, and has been its main shirt sponsor since the end of the 2008-09 season. The current partnership entitles the Japanese company to visibility on the advertising boards at Borussia Park (59,700 seats), hospitality places and to hold activation events at the stadium.

The partnership is estimated at €400,000 euros per season. Borussia Monchengladbach generated a record turnover of €129.8m in 2014.
