Glasgow Rangers: season ticket prices remain unchanged for 2013/14

On 14/05/2013 Glasgow Rangers, promoted to the third tier of Scottish football, announced a price freeze for season tickets for 2013/14.

"More than 38,000 fans bought season tickets in 2012-13 and in recognition of their tremendous support and loyalty we have taken the decision to keep prices for the forthcoming campaign as low as possible." said interim chief exec Craig Mather.

In 2012, after relegation from Scottish Premier League to the fourth tier, as a consequence of financial difficulties, the club dropped the price of its season tickets to £258 (€305) for adults (-39% compared to 2011/12) and (€77) for children (-50%).

With record breaking attendances at Ibrox (Rangers' stadium), the club are the fifth most watched in the UK.
