Agenda: The 2016 ESSMA Summit scheduled to take place in Bilbao (ESP), on 19 and 20/01/2016

The 2016 edition of the ESSMA Summit, a conference discussing the stadium industry, is scheduled to take place in Bilbao (ESP), on 19 and 20/01/2016. The event is organised by the ESSMA in partnership with the EPFL, ECA and the ICSS.

In addition to a tour of the technical facilities, commercial spaces and hospitality areas of the new San Mamés stadium (53,300 seats), the 2016 ESSMA Summit offers 12 thematic workshops, including "The impact of stadium renovation on income and fan satifisfaction", presented by Julien Lepron, stadium guest services manager of Paris Saint-Germain FC (Ligue 1).

Five debates (safety, brand activation, fan experience, stadium differentiation and a guide to stadium safety) will showcase different speakers from LaLiga, Arsenal FC (Premier League), Sporting Kansas City (MLS) Athletic Club Bilbao (Liga BBVA) and Heineken, amongst others.

A seminar on the development of new stadiums will present the development projects of Cagliari Calcio (Serie B), SC Freiburg (2.Bundesliga), the Turkish Federation, FC Barcelona (Liga BBVA) and the Brussels Eurostadium (BEL).
