Matchday 20 of the 2015-16 Liga BBVA season drew an average of 29,429 spectators per match from 16 to 18/01/2016. The average attendance of the championship is currently at 27,812 spectators per match, for a stadium fill rate of 69%.

The match between Real Madrid CF - Real Sporting de Gijón (5-1) drew the best crowd of the day with 70,365 spectators at the Santiago Bernabéu. The match between FC Barcelona - Athletic Club Bilbao (6-0) attracted 66,234 spectators to the Camp Nou.

Excluding these two Real Madrid and Barcelona home matches, the average attendance of the Liga BBVA on Matchday 20 amounted to less than 20,000 spectators per game (19,711).
