Spain: LaLiga launch a school singing contest to promote the values of football

LaLiga has launched, in partnership with the CSD, a singing contest for football supporters open to all Spanish schools, to promote the positive values of football, such as "fair play, teamwork, tolerance, respect and rejecting violence," announced the Spanish League on 15/01/2015.

To enter the "Concurso de Cánticos Futura Afición" (future supporters singing contest), students in a class (40 maximum) must write song lyrics "promoting positive values" and send a video where they perform their song.

A LaLiga judging panel will decide on the winning class, whose students will win free tickets attend a Liga BBVA or Liga Adelante match of their choice. Two other classes will also win prizes, receiving grants for school and sporting equipment.
