Denmark: Hummel becomes the kit supplier of federation for the 2016-2024 period

The Danish brand Hummel has become the official supplier of the DBU for the 2016-2024 period, announced the Danish Federation, on 16/01/2016.

The brand had been the kit supplier of the federation between 1979 and 2004, including the team's victorious European Championship campaign in 1992. Hummel replaces the German brand adidas, which had been under contract with the DBU during qualifying for Euro 2016. "Our collaboration with DBU covers all 15 Danish national teams. It gives us great opportunities to establish a close relationship with the players and the Danish fans," said Søren Lund, commercial director of Hummel.

The brand will supply the kits for the men's football team, which qualified for the Rio Olympics in 2016.
