2016 Deloitte Football Money League: Real Madrid remain in first place

Real Madrid CF (Liga BBVA), with €577m (+5%) of revenues in 2014-15, top the ranking of the Deloitte Football Money League, the 19th edition of which was published by the UK Office of the audit and consultancy firm Deloitte, on 21/01/2016. Leading the standings for the 11th consecutive year, Real Madrid are ahead of FC Barcelona (Liga BBVA, €560.8m, +16%) and Manchester United FC (Premier League, €519.5m, +0.2%). These three are the only European clubs to generate more than €500m in annual revenues.

Paris Saint-Germain (Ligue 1), who were ranked 5th a year ago, are now in 4th place (€480.8m, +2%), ahead of FC Bayern Munich (Bundesliga, €474m, -3%). In total, the Top 20 of the Football Money League earned a cumulative €6.6bn in revenues in 2014 -15, an amount which has risen by 8% (€6.2bn in 2013-14).
