Bundesliga: clubs post combined €2.62bn in revenues in 2014-15 (+7%), 11th straight year of growth

The 18 Bundesliga clubs have generated combined revenues of €2.62bn in 2014-15, an increase of 6.9% compared to 2013-14 (€2.45bn), according to the 2016 Bundesliga report published by the DFL on 27/01/2016.

2014-15 is the 11th consecutive season in which the cumulative revenues of Bundesliga clubs has grown compared to the previous year.

The clubs of the German first division accumulated a net profit of €51m, an increase of 31.4% compared to 2013-14 (€38.8m). 17 of the 18 clubs showed a positive EBITDA, with a combined value of €454.5m, up 16.3% year on year.

The equity of Bundesliga clubs surpassed €1bn, setting a new record for the German first division. The debts of the clubs were reduced by €46.5m in 2014-15.
