USA: the pay channel OWS acquires the exclusive broadcasting rights, in English, to Barça TV

OWS (One World Sports) has acquired the exclusive broadcasting rights, in English in the USA, to Barça TV, the TV channel of FC Barcelona (Liga BBVA), announced the US pay channel on 01/02/2016.

The rights were acquired via sublicense from the US audiovisual group Univision Communications, the holder of the exclusive broadcasting rights in the United States of Barça TV. Univision's pay-channel UDN retains the broadcasting rights to Barça TV in Spanish. The duration of the agreement with OWS was not specified.

Barça TV offers, on delay, all matches of FC Barcelona, including La Liga, the Champions League and the Copa del Rey, as well as summaries of these matches. In addition, Barça TV offers exclusive interviews and reports from the sidelines of the Catalan club.
