Swiss international Granit Xhaka (VfL Borussia Mönchengladbach) has become a football ambassador for Under Armour, announced the US sports equipment brand on 11/02/2016.

The 23-year-old will wear the ClutchFit Force 2.0 boots developed by Under Armour in the coming months. The brand also counts Memphis Depay (NED, Manchester United FC) among its football ambassadors. The company, based in Baltimore (Maryland, United States), is the kit supplier of three football clubs in Europe: Tottenham Hotspur FC (Premier League), AZ Alkmaar (Eredivisie) and FC St. Pauli (2.Bundesliga, from 2016 -17). According to British media, the kit supplier is interested in becoming a partner of Aston Villa FC and Southampton FC from the 2016-17 season.
