FIFA: 9 of 53 UEFA federations have not announced support of Gianni Infantino as of 16/02/2016

England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Israel and Kazakhstan are the nine federations under UEFA's 53 member associations affiliated to FIFA who have not taken an official position, as of 16/02/2016, regarding the candidacy of Gianni Infantino for presidency of FIFA -- with the elections scheduled on 26/02/2016.

13 European federations in the Balkans, South East and Eastern Europe announced their "unanimous and unified support" of Gianni Infantino, UEFA secretary general, during a "regional" meeting organised by the Serbian federation in Belgrade (Serbia) on 13/02/2016. The 13 federations are: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Greece, Macedonia, Montenegro, Romania, Slovenia and Serbia, as well as, Russia and Turkey

"We, members of the Executive Committee, wish to affirm that we unanimously support the candidacy of Gianni Infantino for the presidency of FIFA. The UEFA member federations also expressed broad support for Gianni Infantino," UEFA announced on 22/01/2016.
