Liga BBVA: Barcelona open "Roma 2009", a gourmet restaurant at the Camp Nou

FC Barcelona (Liga BBVA) have opened "Roma 2009", a gourmet restaurant with panoramic views of the Camp Nou (99,500 seats), on 16/02/2016. This is the first restaurant to be permanently installed at the Camp Nou.

The management of this restaurant is entrusted to Serunion, the Spanish subsidiary of the French catering company Elior Group, which won the contract for hospitality catering at the Camp Nou and Palau Blaugrana sports arena (FC Barcelona basketball and handball, 7,500 seats), on 25/11/2015.

The restaurant offers gourmet catering developed by the Iglesias brothers, head chefs of the gourmet restaurants Rías de Galicia Barcelona, Espai Kru, Pakta and Tickets. "Roma 2009 merges the main culinary creations of these three restaurants into a single idea which is distinguished by the quality of its products and the presence of many seafood dishes," said FC Barcelona.

The restaurant is named "Roma 2009" in tribute to Barça's Champions League final victory in Rome, on 27/05/2009
