Matchday 22 of the 2015-16 Bundesliga season drew an average of 41,938 spectators per match from 19 to 21/02/2016. The average attendance of the German championship is currently 43,102 spectators per match in the 2015-16 season, for a 93% stadium fill rate.

The match between FC Bayern Munich - SV Darmstadt 98 (3-1) drew the best crowd of the matchday with 75,000 spectators at the Allianz Arena (sold out). The Bundesliga is the leading football league in the world in terms of attendance, with more than 30,000 spectators at 7 of the 9 stadiums for Matchday 22.
