The match between Manchester United FC - FC Midtjylland (5-1), in the Round of 32 of the 2015-16 Europa League (United advanced 6-3 on aggregate) drew an average of 603,000 subscribers in the UK on the pay-TV channel BT Sport 2, on 25/02/2016 (kick-off at 21:05 CET). This figure represents a 2.9% audience share across the UK public. The match between Liverpool FC - FC Augsburg (1-0, Liverpool advanced 1-0 on aggregate) was watched by an average of 464,000 subscribers on the pay-TV channel BT Sport Europe, a 2.4% audience share (kickoff at 19:00 CET).

In Germany, the match between FC Porto - Borussia Dortmund (0-1, Borussia Dortmund advanced 3-0 on aggregate) drew 2.72 million viewers on the free-TV channel Sport1, a 9.3% audience share (kick-off at 21:05 CET). In Italy, the match between SS Lazio - Galatasaray SK (3-1, Lazio advanced 4-2 on aggregate), was watched by an average of 975,000 viewers on the free DTT channel TV8 (Sky Italia group), an audience share of 4.22% (kick-off at 21:05 CET).
