France: French federation signs agreement with the Chinese Federation to develop training techniques

The Chinese Football Association has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the French Football Federation, on 26/02/2016, during the FIFA Extraordinary Congress, in Zurich (Switzerland), announced the Chinese Federation, on 01/03/2016. Lasting three years, this MoU provides for exchanges of techniques and technical expertise between the FFF and the Chinese Football Association, particularly in the area of training.

Signed by the president of the FFF, Noël Le Graët, and by the vice-president and secretary general of the Chinese Federation, Zhang Jian, this agreement is alongside a Chinese government scheme launched on 16/03/2015, to train 100,000 new players by 2017.
