USA: MP & Silva becomes the exclusive marketing agency of MSE (Wizards, Capitals, Verizon Center)

The US consortium Monumental Sports & Entertainment (MSE) has partners with the MP & Silva agency for exclusive worldwide management of its marketing rights, on 02/03/2016. The agreement, whose duration was not specified, is designed to maximise sponsorship rights, naming rights and commercial contracts for Monumental Sports & Entertainment.

The US consortium, based in Washington (DC, USA), owns the franchises the Capitals (NHL), the Wizards (NBA) and the Mystics (WNBA) as well as the Verizon Center (20,300 seats), the arena which hosts all three teams. The US telecom operator Verizon, who has had its name on the arena since 2006, will likely not renew its naming rights contract after 31/12/2018, according to US media.

In support of MP & Silva, the agency Scout Sports and Entertainment will provide market analysis to identify the best business opportunities for MSE ,and the Bungalow Horizon agency will create exclusive content opportunities to maximise the value of partnerships for future holders of marketing rights, naming rights and commercial contracts for MSE.
