Matchday 29 of the 2015-16 Ligue 1 season was attended by an average of 25,151 spectators per match from 04 to 06/03/2016. The average attendance of the French championship after 29 matchdays is 20,494 spectators per match, or 1,843 people less than at the end of the 2014-15 season (-8%). The Ligue 1 stadium fill rate is currently 67% in 2015-16.

Paris Saint-Germain FC - Montpellier Hérault SC (0-0 on 05/03/2016) drew the largest crowd of the matchday, with 45,173 spectators at the Parc des Princes, according to official figures from the LFP. Five of the ten matches were played in front of over 27,000 people, and none in front of less than 10,000 spectators on Matchday 29, equating to the second best matchday attendance in Ligue 1 in 2015-16.
