Serie A: Inter Milan to launch a second academy in Nanjing, China

FC Internazionale Milano (Serie A TIM) will launch an academy in the coming months in the Chinese city of Nanjing (population of 8 million), the capital of Jiangsu (coastal province north of Shanghai), announced the club on 09/03/2016. Inter already have an academy in China, in Shanghai, in partnership with the club Yitao FC.

Two coaches from Inter Milan will travel to Nanjing at the end of March 2016 to begin working with 10 schools and 20 local coaches selected to participate. The exact launch date of the academy has not yet been determined.

"Members of the Nanjing government will visit Shanghai over the coming days to observe the Inter Academy project with Yitao FC, which has received widespread praise and recognition for its contribution to the development of youth football in China," announced Inter Milan on 09/03/2016.
