Matchday 31 of the 2015-16 Ligue 1 season was attended by an average of 27,649 spectators from 18 to 20/03/2016. The average attendance of the championship after 30 matchdays is 20,534 spectators, down 8% compared to the end of the 2014-15 season. The average Ligue 1 fill rate is 66% in 2015-16.

The match between Olympique Lyonnais - FC Nantes (2-0) drew the largest crowd of the matchday, with 47,505 spectators at Parc OL, according to official figures from the LFP. Six of the ten matches were played in front of over 20,000 people.

The attendance recorded on Matchday 31 in Ligue 1 is the best since the start of the 2015-16 season. This is mainly explained by the fact that the five clubs who have the best average attendances in the league all played at home and that the six clubs with the lowest average attendances all had away fixtures.
