Serie A: Juventus are Italian champions for the fifth consecutive season in 2015-16

Juventus won its 32nd Italian championship title -- the fifth consecutive -- thanks to the defeat of SSC Napoli away to AS Roma (1-0, Matchday 35 of the Serie A TIM) on Monday 25/04/2016 (bank holiday in Italy).

Juventus have 85 points after 35 matchdays, 12 more than that Napoli, who can no longer catch the league leaders. Never before has an Italian team been crowned champions after having earned only one point in the first three matchdays of the season, and only 12 points after 10 matchdays (3 wins, 3 draws and 4 losses).

Juventus have since won 73 points out of a possible 75 in the last 25 games. They also managed the unique feat in the Serie A of conceding zero goals in 10 consecutive matches.
