Latvia: Guntis Indriksons, president of the Federation since 1996, re-elected for four years

Guntis Indriksons, 60 years old, has been reelected president of the Latvian Football Federation (LFF) for a further term of four years, at the Annual Meeting of the Federation in Riga (LVA), on 29/04/2016.

"I am very thankful to everybody for showing their trust once again. It is a big honour and a huge responsibility," said Guntis Indriksons, after the election results were announced. "I understand that we have much work to do. Together we have achieved many things in recent years, but we cannot stop here. We have to continue our work with even more energy and commitment for the benefit of Latvian football," he added on 29/04/2016.

The president of the LFF for the last 20 years, Guntis Indrikson keeps Janis Mezeckis at his side as the general director of the Latvian Federation.
