Matchday 36 of the 2015-16 Ligue 1 season was attended by an average of 23,245 spectators from 29/04 to 01/05/2016. The average attendance of the championship after 36 matchdays is 20,706 spectators, down 8% compared to that recorded at the end of the 2014-15 season. The Ligue 1 stadium fill rate was 67% in 2015-16.

The match between Olympique Lyonnais - GFC Ajaccio (2-1) drew the largest crowd of the weekend, with 50,546 spectators at Parc OL, according to official figures from the LFP. Six of the ten matches were played in front of fewer than 20,000 people.
