Germany: Ralf Köttker appointed deputy general secretary of the Federation

Ralf Köttker, 46 years old, has been appointed the deputy general secretary of the German Federation, the DFB announced on 29/04/2015. In this role, he will assist Friedrich Curtius, whose appointment as general secretary was endorsed at the Extraordinary Federal Assembly, meeting in Frankfurt (GER) on 15/04/2016.

A former journalist, Ralf Köttker previously held the position of director of communications and public relations of the German Federation. The DFB also elected a new president on 15/04/2016, Reinhard Grindel, as well as a new treasurer, Stephan Osnabrugge.
