CAS: suspension of UEFA president Michel Platini reduced by two years on appeal

The suspension of UEFA president Michel Platini was reduced on appeal from 6 to 4 years by the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), on 09/10/2016. The FIFA Appeal Committee had previously reduced the eight year suspension imposed by the adjudicatory chamber of the Ethics Committee on 21/12/2015, by two years.
