Serie A TIM: Illumia (energy) extends its sponsorship of FC Bologna 1909 until 2016-17

Illumia, the electricity and natural gas supplier, has extended its back of the shirt sponsorship of FC Bologna 1909 (Serie A TIM) until 2016-17, announced the Italian club on 06/05/2016. Linked to the Bolognese club in 2015-16, Illumia will continue to benefit from visibility on the advertising boards at the Renato Dall'Ara stadium, (38,200 seats), for which the Illumia company, founded in Bologna in 2006, is the official electricity supplier.

"We are proud to remain the club shirt sponsor for next season. Our intention is to create a network whose symbol is the energy that unites Bologna FC 1909 and their supporters," said Marco Bernardi, president of Illumia.

During a Bologna FC 1909 training session fans were invited to wear club shirts designed by Illumia who had replaced the usual location of their logo on the reverse of the shirt with the inscription "Our energy is you," on 03/05/2016.
