PSG: Zlatan Ibrahimovic leaves club but "will join the management staff" at the end of his career

"Following discussions between Paris Saint-Germain FC and Zlatan Ibrahimovic's agent, the club and the player have mutually agreed not to renew the contract in place between the two parties until 30/06/2016. They also agreed that once his playing career had ended, Ibra would join the club's management staff in a senior position," announced Paris Saint-Germain (Ligue 1), on 13/05/2016.

The Swedish international Zlatan Ibrahimovic (34years old) joined PSG from AC Milan (Serie A TIM), in the transfer season of 2012, for an estimated €20m. In four seasons with Paris SG, he has scored 152 goals in 178 matches in all competitions becoming the clubs all time top goal scorer. He has also won 12 trophies, including four French league titles, with the Parisian club.

"Paris Saint-Germain will forever be deeply grateful to Zlatan for four extraordinary seasons that made him the highest scorer and one of the greatest players in the club's history. Ibra will be instrumental in transforming Paris Saint-Germain into one of the biggest clubs in Europe," stated PSG on 13/05/2016.
