Olympique de Marseille - Paris Saint-Germain (2-4), the 2016 final of the Coupe de France, broadcast live in France by the public broadcaster France 2, drew an average of 5.231 million viewers during the match (kick-off at 21:00 CET) on Saturday 21/05/2016.

This figure represented an audience share of 25.3%, and allows the public TV channel to have the best performance of the day in the French TV market for prime time on 21/05/2016. These ratings, for the 2016 final Coupe de France, are 25% higher than the 2015 final (AJ Auxerre - Paris Saint-Germain, 0-1), which drew an average of 4.175 million viewers on France 2 (audience share: 19.7%), on Saturday 30/05/2015.
