Allowing fans to support their team during matches behind closed doors is the goal of Noumrou12, a new Tunisian mobile app launched in March 2013. Tested during the match behind closed doors between Hammam-Lif and Stade Tunisien (1-0) on the 31/03/2103, the app connected fans to 40 speakers inside the stadium and allowed them to cheer on their team while watching the game live on TV.

Fans can sing, shout and applaud by tapping on sound icons on their phones, the sounds are then reproduced in the stadium. The more the fans tap, the louder the sound in the stadium.

The application is free and is available for Android via the Google Play platform and via the Noumrou12 website. The app was developed by the Tunisian communication agency, Atelier216.
