Leicester City: 98.7% season ticket renewals for 2016-17, only 304 new season tickets available

Only 304 new season tickets for the 2016-17 season are listed as available by Leicester City FC (Premier League), The Premier League Champions in 2015-16, after its season ticket renewal campaign, which saw 98.7% of the 23,000 season ticket holders in 2015-16 renew their subscriptions for the 2016-17 season, announced the club on 24/05/2016.

Season tickets available for 2016-17 were initially to be on sale on 26/05/2016 at the club shop, but seeing as there would be little availability and a high demand, the club decided to organise a draw to determine the 304 new season ticket holders. As in 2015-16, Leicester City will have 23,000 season ticket holders in 2016-17, representing 73% of the capacity of the King Power Stadium (32,200).

New season ticket holders will be drawn among the 3,500 Leicester fans who have the 2015-16 "Gold" or "Family" supporter cards and those who apply for a 2016-17 subscription before 02/06/2016.
