The German insurance company Barmenia Versicherungen has become a major sponsor and the main shirt sponsor of Bayer 04 Leverkusen (Bundesliga) for the 2016-2020 period, on 03/06/2016. German media estimate the per season value of this partnership to be worth between €6m and €7.5m.
