France: American Gary Allen will become 100% owner of ESTAC Troyes (Ligue 2) by 15/09/2016

The American businessman Gary Allen will acquire a 100% stake in ESTAC Troyes (relegated from Ligue 1 in 2015-16, thus will play in Ligue 2 for 2016-17) at the latest on 15/09/2016, announced Daniel Masoni, the president and majority shareholder of the club on 07/06/2016.

"I decided to take a step back, given the keen interest expressed by Gary Allen for Troyes, but also for the city of Troyes and the region. For seven years, I have been constantly at work for the interest of the club which is dear to me. I leave it in good financial health," said Daniel Masoni, president since 2009 and owner of 85% of the club's capital.

Gary Allen (45 years old), CEO of a US company which manufactures decorative items, holds the position of president of Spartans FC, a club based in Portland (Oregon) who play in the National Premier Soccer League, an amateur level generally considered the fourth or fifth division in the United States.
