The 24 games of the group stage of the 2016 Copa America Centenario - the special edition of the Copa America which places together national teams from CONMEBOL and CONCACAF, organised in the United States from 03/06 to 26/06/2016 - have drawn an average attendance of 41,314 spectators per match, according to data from the organisers, on 15/06/2016.

According to American media, Sunil Gulati, the president of the USSF - the body in charge of the management of the stadiums for the tournament - had stated the objective for stadium attendance for the tournament would be a minimum of 35,000 spectators per match. With attendance likely to increase during the knockout rounds, which begin on 16/06/2016, organisers expect the final average attendance figure to approach 45,000 per match.

The Mexico - Jamaica match (2-0 on 09/06/2016), at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena (California), drew the largest attendance of the group stage with 83,263 spectators. Only four games of the 24 group stage matches failed to reach 20,000 spectators.
