The Fan Experience Seminar: organised on 02/09/2016 at the Royal Garden Hotel London (ENG)

The 2016 Fan Experience Seminar will be held at the Royal Garden Hotel in London (ENG), on Friday, 02/09/2016. Organised by "The Premier Sports Network", a network of sports industry professionals, the seminar invites broadcasting rights holders, clubs, specialists and representatives of digital and social platforms.

Topics covered include non-digital fan engagement, opportunities offered by new technologies, the advantages and disadvantages of local and international engagement strategies and the best practices on social networks.

Ben Ladkin, general manager of Arsenal Media Group, Scott McLeod, Everton FC manager of content, and Eric Solem, director of ticketing and CRM at AS Roma, will explain the strategies employed by these Premier League and Serie A TIM clubs who create and manage a relationship between themselves and their fans. Other speakers who will feature in the seminar include Ian Ritchie, chief executive of the English Rugby Union, and Richard Kenyon, marketing director of Everton FC.
