The Euro 2016 Germany - Poland match (0-0, Group C) at the Stade de France (Saint-Denis), drew an average of 27.32 million viewers in Germany on the public broadcaster ZDF, on Thursday, 16/06/2016 (kick-off at 21:00 CET).

This figure represented an audience share of 73.3%, and allowed ZDF to achieve the best performance on the German TV market for prime time on 16/06/2016.

ZDF drew 8.08 million viewers on average for Ukraine - Northern Ireland (0-2, Group C) (kick-off at 18:00 CET), for an audience share of 35.2%, and 5.89 million viewers for England - Wales (2-1, Group B) (kick-off at 15:00 CET), for an audience share of 44.7%, on 16/06/2016.

Germany - Poland: 5.7 million viewers in France and 4.2 million in Spain
