BBC Sport: a record audience of 2.3 million viewers watch England - Wales via streaming

The Euro 2016 group stage match, England - Wales (2-1, Group B) at Stade Bollaert-Delelis (Lens), drew a record 2.3 million viewers on the BBC Sport OTT platform, on Thursday, 16/06/2016 (kick-off 15:00 CET). Meanwhile, BBC One recorded a peak audience of 9.3 million viewers with an audience share of 73%. The whole programme (from 14:30 CET), attracted an average of 6.6 million viewers on BBC One, with an audience share of 61.6%.
