Ligue 1: New Balance succeeds Nike as kit supplier for LOSC Lille, from 2016-17

The American brand New Balance has become the kit supplier for LOSC Lille (Ligue 1) from the 2016-17 season onwards, on 22/06/2016. The two sides have entered into a "long-term" partnership. New Balance, who succeeds Nike as LOSC's equipment manufacturer (2013-2016), will provide the required equipment for Lille training sessions and matches.

The contract is for an initial term of five seasons (2016-2021), plus a one year option (2021-22), according to information gathered by News Tank Football, and the total amount of the endowment (financial and equipment), excluding bonuses related to athletic performance, amounts to €8m (or an average €1.6m per season). In addition, the partnership covers the co-branding of the health centre of LOSC Lille, which will take the name Domaine de Luchin - New Balance Training Camp.
