Euro 2016: 5.8 million watch Belgium - Sweden on M6 in France (audience share: 26.5%)

The Euro 2016 group stage match Sweden - Belgium (0-1, Group E), at the Allianz Riviera (Nice), drew an average of 5.846 million viewers on the private, free-TV channel M6 in France, on Wednesday, 22/06/2016 ( kick-off at 21:00 CET), according to data from Médiamétrie, the French institute of audience measurement.

This figure represented a 26.5% audience share, and allowed M6 to achieve the best performance in the French TV market for prime time on 22/06/2016.

Switzerland-France (0-0, Group A) at the Stade Pierre-Mauroy (Lille), drew 13.442 million viewers on average on M6, on Sunday, 19/06/2016 (kick-off at 21:00 CET ), representing an audience share of 48.6% and a peak audience of 15.9 million viewers. This is the best audience for M6 since its creation in March 1987.

All the matches of Euro 2016 are also co-broadcast on beIN Sports France, who have not announced their ratings.
