The Euro 2016 Round of 16 match France - Republic of Ireland (2-1) drew an average of 11.763 million viewers on the French private, free-TV channel TF1, on Sunday, 26/06/2016 (kick-off at 15:00 CET).

This figure represented an audience share of 66.3%. This is the fourth best audience of the year on all channels in France, behind the three Euro 2016 group stage matches of the French national team.
