Bundesliga: Dortmund extend with Aramark (catering) for the operation of their hospitality offers

Aramark, an American company specialising in catering, extended its collaboration with Borussia Dortmund (Bundesliga), on 22/06/2016. Aramark has worked alongside BVB Event & Catering GmbH, a subsidiary company of the club, for the operation of kiosks and hospitality areas of Signal Iduna Park (81,359 seats) since 2008.

On matchdays, Aramark operates 180 mobile sales units, 43 public catering areas and the new hospitality spaces in the stadium. The company thus provides 800 employees to support the BVB Event & Catering GmbH teams. In the day-to-day operations, Aramark also manage the "BVB Food Truck" and the coffee bar at the "BVB-FanWelt" (store and service centre for the fans), and provides employees for BVB Event & Catering GmbH for the organisation of events at Signal Iduna Park outside of matchdays.

The German subsidiary of Aramark operates in the catering and hospitality areas of 11 stadiums in the Bundesliga and the 2.Bundesliga, including the RheinEnergieStadion (1. FC Köln), Borussia Park (Borussia Mönchengladbach) and ESPRIT Arena (Fortuna Düsseldorf 1895) to name a few.
