Bayern Munich: K-H Rummenigge extends as chairman of the board until the end of 2019

Karl-Heinz Rummenigge has extended his role as chairman of the board of FC Bayern Munich (Bundesliga) for three years, until 31/12/2019, announced the German club on 10/06/2016. He has held this position since 2002.

Karl-Heinz Rummenigge joined FC Bayern Munich in 1974 as a player: the German international striker stayed at the Bavarian club for 10 years (162 goals in 310 Bundesliga matches). In 1991, he was elected vice-president of the Bayern Munich association. Karl-Heinz Rummenigge is also chairman of the Executive Committee of the ECA.
